Use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. If such data is collected on our website, Reactive DPS operates and is registered in accordance with with the Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Telecommunications Act (TKG) of Austria.

The website offers services where personal data of the user is requested. Reactive DPS may also gain additional information about a user out of a current contract relationship. The user gives his consent that data provided by the user (Name, address, email-address, Telephone-Number, etc.) and can be used, collected, stored and processed by Reactive DPS for the following purposes:

If there are modifications in data, provided by the user to Reactive DPS, the user is obliged to make Reactive DPS aware of it so that Reactive DPS can keep its data up-to-date.

Within this frame Reactive DPS is permitted to use the data according to paragraph one. Reactive DPS is also permitted to use the service of third persons and deliver the data for this purpose to them. (i.e. using the server of a third person for storing)
